I’m Dominic (Dom), a 17-year-old aspiring filmmaker and multidisciplinary creative based in Bucks County Pennsylvania, I founded Arbitrary Rhapsody as a space to explore my passion for visual storytelling—something that’s been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.
My interest in filmmaking and photography began early. I used to take photos on my parents’ phones and experiment with editing them, fascinated by how small adjustments could completely shift the mood of an image. That curiosity evolved into making short videos, and over time, those early creative experiments turned into a deeper pursuit of narrative, aesthetic, and emotional impact through film, photography, and design.
What draws me most to filmmaking is the idea that it's more than just a career—it's a form of communication, a way of shaping how people see and feel. The process, the collaboration, the chance to bring ideas to life—it’s all incredibly exciting to me. I’ve always known I wanted to do something creative, and the film industry is where I feel most at home.
In recent years, I’ve been fortunate to have several of my short films recognized at film festivals, which has motivated me to keep developing my craft and pushing my ideas further. Beyond that, I’m also passionate about photography, graphic design, and other forms of visual art, all of which continue to influence the work I do under Arbitrary Rhapsody.
Outside of creative work, I enjoy skiing and making art, both help me recharge and find new inspiration. I’m currently working toward growing Arbitrary Rhapsody into a creative business—something that can evolve with me as I continue to learn, create, and share my perspective with a wider audience.
My goal is to build a career in the film industry, contributing to feature films and collaborating on creative productions. I’m passionate about visual storytelling in all its forms—whether through filmmaking, photography, or design—and I’m working toward a future where I can make a living doing the work I love. Ultimately, I aim to be part of projects that are both artistically meaningful and professionally impactful.
